As a Yoga Instructor specializing in meditation, relaxation including light pilates. I offer personalized programs at your convenience and location for stress management, as well as self-hypnosis and breathing technics in order to obtain a sense of full well being. This program offers a combination of yoga/exercise, breathing exercises, meditation, character guidance, empathy building and stress management practices.
- We want to make sure we work with clients who are motivated and with whom we are most likely to achieve success. Our client selection process is designed to make sure we are a good fit before we begin. There is no charge for this session.
